Damaged Goods |
If your order is damaged in transit please contact us within 2 working days and send it back to us within 14 days from date of receipt, if you accept a replacement you will not be liable for any postage charges. If you wish to have a refund we will only pay for the outgoing carriage charge and you must pay the return carriage. Delivery Times |
National We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of recieving your order (excluding bank holidays,christmas day and boxing day). You will get a confirmation email once your goods have been despatched.
Within Leicester Deliverys within the Leicester Area are normally dispatched within 48 hours, you will be contacted prior to delivery, so please make sure we get the correct contact telephone numbers.

Dispatch Address |
We are only able to dispatch goods to the address that the credit/debit card used to make the purchase is registered to. All card addresses are verified once you reach the 'Checkout'.

International Delivery |
We can offer International delivery, please contact us at info@u-diy.co.uk with a list of items that you wish to purchase and we will then contact you with the carriage charge.

Leicester Delivery Only |
Certain products are unsuitable for delivery via our national carrier. These products are clearly marked with 'Delivery within Leicester only' and therefore can ONLY be delivered via our own vehicles.
Areas covered by our vehicles: Leicester & surrounding villages. If you have any queries on delivery destinations please don't hesitate to contact us.

Purchasing |
Making a purchase is easy and secure. When you find the item you would like to purchase, click the 'Buy' button. The Item will be added to your 'shopping basket' this is found on the top right of the page, below the 'Product Search' box. When you have completed selecting the items you wish to purchase, click the 'checkout' button which is located on the top right of the screen in the 'Your basket' section. You will then have the option of increasing/decreasing quantitys or remove items.

Refund Policy |
We will refund or exchange goods up to a maximum of 10 days after purchase.
If you wish to return/exchange any goods you must first contact us via email at
Faulty goods: We aim to check all items prior to delivery and ensured that they are of good standard. If you find the goods to be faulty, they will be re-examined upon return. If the items are found to be faulty then a full refund or exchange will take place. We will cover the cost for carriage if the items are faulty.
Unwanted goods: If you have received your order and are simply not happy with it, or it turns out to be the incorrect item, then you may send it back to us. So long as the item(s) are still in brand new condition and in the original packaging we will issue a refund including the original outgoing carriage charge. You will however, be liable for the return carriage cost. We would ask that the goods be dispatched within 10 days of receiving them. We do not accept returns on products made to order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

The easiest way to find what you're looking for is to search for it. The ? Product Search? box is on the top right of every page. Keep it simple and try and enter one or two key words, don't worry about punctuation!

What happens when an item is out of stock. |
No payment will be taken for goods until they have been despatched. If we are out of stock of any items we will contact you with an alternative or an approximate delivery date. At this point you will have the option of cancelling the order or placing the item(s) on a back order.
